Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

These fruity and creamy overnight oats are the easy meal-prep recipe you need in your breakfast rotation! They're packed with fiber, natural sweetness from fruit, and tons of antioxidants.

Let's talk about the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • Whole milk
  • Strawberries
  • Vanilla bean paste
  • Salt
  • Chia seeds
  • Pitted dates
  • Shaved white chocolate for topping
Strawberry overnight oats in a jar next to a blender

Blend the Oats

Blend the oats, milk, strawberries, vanilla bean paste, salt, chia seeds, and dates in a blender. Transfer to 3 containers and refrigerate overnight. Top with white chocolate and strawberries and serve.

To get creamy, fluffy, mousse-like overnight oats, you have to blend them! It's like strawberries and cream mousse for breakfast, and it's easily the best way to do it! You can of course just stir the ingredients and they will be fine, but I recommend finely dicing your strawberries if you choose to do that instead.
